Our Return Promise


At Quantumgainz.com, we take pride in the quality of our products. Each batch is meticulously tested to ensure you always receive the best quality. Returns or exchanges are accepted only under specific conditions to ensure fairness for both our customers and our brand.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange


Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged in a way that affects the product inside, or
  • The product received is incorrect at the time of delivery

Customers must raise a return or exchange request within 2 days of receiving the order. Damage to external packaging (box) alone is not considered valid grounds for return.

Conditions for Approval


To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • A full and complete unboxing video clearly showing the condition of the item upon receipt is mandatory — without this, no return will be entertained
  • Your Purchase Order ID number must be provided

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products that are not damaged or incorrect
  • Products with only outer box or packaging damage
  • Items showing signs of use, washing, or alteration (for apparel & accessories)
  • Requests raised after 2 days of delivery

Return Authorization Process


  • Submitting a Query: Submit your return query within 2 days of delivery to Quantumgainz.com with all supporting evidence (unboxing video, Purchase Order ID, etc.). No other channel will be entertained.
  • Company Assessment: After analysis, Quantumgainz.com will take the final call on whether to accept the return. The decision will be at the company's discretion.
  • Return Authorization Number: Once your merchandise is deemed eligible, you will be issued a Return Authorization Number and given instructions to complete the return process.

Process & Important Note


Once your return or exchange request is approved, our team will guide you through the complete process. All reimbursements will be made to the payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 14–21 business days after your package has been received by us to complete the refund process.

Please note that Quantumgainz.com does not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size preference, color preference, or change of mind. We encourage customers to review product details carefully before placing an order.
